The Barclays Center, home to the Brooklyn Nets, is a hip place these days being that it hosts the trendy Nets as well as being synonymous with Jay-Z.
It’s getting a friendly report from fans and players alike; and in fact, it just celebrated its one-millionth guest during the Chicago Bulls and Nets game on Friday. In doing so, Barclays’ owner Bruce Ratner did something special for that particular guest via NY Daily News:
Allison Barlow scored big at the Brooklyn Nets game Friday when she became Barclays Center’s 1 millionth customer — earning her two free tickets for every event there for a year
Instead of watching the Nets beat the Chicago Bulls 93-89 with her fellow fans, Barlow became the spectacle as Ratner and Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov introduced her on the court in front of more than 17,000 fans.
Barlow will get a list of events every month for a year starting Tuesday
Sounds like a pretty fantastic deal to me.
