Injuries are something that you never want to see happen to an NBA player, especially one just beginning his career like Michael Kidd-Gilchrist Saturday night during the Bobcats and Houston Rockets game.
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist’s head collided with teammate Jeff Taylor’s knee on a fast-break play; MKG left in a neck brace and on a stretcher. Observers at the game noted he didn’t move extremities via CBSSports:
Kidd-Gilchrist collapsed to the floor and lay motionless for several minutes without moving or opening his eyes.
He was taken by paramedics to a local hospital.
Thoughts and prayers with MKG.
