I posted the original of this video a few days ago via NuggetsTV on Youtube, but a writer, @Denbutsu, or RMC (Roundball Mining Company) made this video showing JaVale’s work in slow motion to give fans a better view of JaVale and what he is learning in Houston.
As a commenter mentioned on youtube, it looks in the video if JaVale has gained muscle mass in his upper body area, it could just be the video, but he doesn’t look half bad.
