It seemed that Ryan Anderson would re-sign with the Orlando Magic, but Yahoo reports that the New Orleans Hornets and the Magic are in talks to deal Ryan Anderson.
Orlando RFA Ryan Anderson likely won’t re-sign with Magic and will be moved in a sign-and-trade, league sources tell Y! Sports.
Orlando Sentinel is also confirming the two sides are very close to working on a sign-and-trade.

After an improved year from Anderson on many accounts, it was assumed that he would re-up with Orlando, however this points in a direction that Orlando could be very close in dealing Dwight Howard.
Look at it this way, when a team is willing to move one of their key players to a team it’s indicative of a team that knows what their future holds.
You may also remember that it was reported on Saturday, the Nets are close in acquiring Howard, but need a third team to help facilitate the trade.
Either way, looks like the Orlando Magic are putting the wheels in motion.
