The Phoenix Suns and Michael Beasley have agreed to a three-year deal as reported by Marc Stein:
The Phoenix Suns have reached a verbal commitment with free-agent forward Michael Beasley on a three-year deal worth $18 million, according to sources familiar with the deal.
Nothing will be 100% confirmed as nothing can be signed until July 11th.
Considering the Phoenix Suns traded away Nash for first and second round draft picks — and some cash — and now this trade, they are making an effort to rebuild as quickly as possible. While Beasley is rather immature, he still has potential and sometimes all it takes is a new team.
