The Dallas Mavericks newest addition Chris Kaman is one that never holds back on twitter, while it can be a good thing, in certain circumstances it comes across as crass, idiotic, and unfathomable.
As such a circumstance rose on Sunday, merely two days after a movie theatre massacre in Aurora, Colorado, Kaman tweeted the following picture along with a message displaying his support for NRA.
While, he does have the option to show his support, the right to own firearms, it’s the fact he tweeted such a graphic photo during a time where many are reeling from a tragedy. A tragedy that took 12 lives, injured three times as many, and tens of thousands are emotionally damaged.
Plainly put, Chris Kaman is an insensitive prick whom should have thought twice before sending this over twitter and offending thousands of people.
Yes, Chris Kaman has the right to tweet what he feels, but when you are a celebrity — in any fashion — we expect more. He must have realized the tactless nature of the tweet, or maybe it was from the thousands of blogs and social media gurus that screen capped this, as he deleted the tweet.
