I have been waiting for some good trash talk from either the Oklahoma City Thunder or the Miami Heat and I believe we just hit the jackpot. It seems Serge Ibaka doesn’t think LeBron James is a good defender.
He doesn’t hit around on the subject, he comes and lays it all out:
“LeBron is not a good defender,” Ibaka said about the player who received the most votes for the league’s all-defensive team, which is selected by the coaches.
“He can play defense for two to three minutes but not 48 minutes.”
“LeBron can’t play (Durant) one-on-one,” Ibaka said. “They’re playing good defense like a team.”
So let me get this right, LeBron James who can defend multiple positions with ease, has been on the All-Defense team four times in his NBA career and is complimented on his defensive techniques is not a good defender?
