Anthony Davis, expected to be going to the New Orleans Hornets as they won the NBA Lottery, called into “The Dan Patrick Show” on Thursday and called out the great Kobe Bean Bryant.
To be fair, he was asked which player he was looking forward to matching up with:
“He’s a monster. So I just want to go out there and play my hardest. There’s a lot of guys that can’t stop Kobe. So if I stop him I could be one of the guys that say ‘I shut Kobe down’.” – Anthony Davis
Apparently, Dan Patrick even warned Anthony about Kobe to which he replied:
“Tell him I’ll be waiting,”
Out of all the NBA players to call out, Kobe would be the last one I would do that to. The VERY last one.
Kobe is Kobe.
Sometimes, rookies have to learn the hard way.
